  Dear Sascha, just a few days ago we left the US after an other great stay in one of your managed houses and we already miss the place. Pls allow us to give you a few personal words, as we appreciated your support as usual…. The recommendation of the house Aruba was indeed a really good tip and a good alternative to the houses we have selected in the past. Although it is obvious that meanwhile the house is a little bid old, the location and property size compensated this fact. ( however some replacements i.e. sun chairs, tv screens… are recommended, as they are in danger or not 100% workable conditions ) Most outstanding and noteworthy was your reaction and action whilst experiencing the power outage ( due to missed invoice payment ). During this crazy day you and Petra have demonstrated how serious you take the job of qualified property management and how you understand customer service ( and believe me I know what it means ;o). This behavior was extraordinary and highly appreciated. Thank you for that. Last but not least if Iam allowed to give you a Tip, you should control the engagement of the young pool cleaning ladies and how thy work. Compared to the pool cleaner activities, which we know from all the other houses, I have to say these ladies act really sloppy ( no water quality check,no ground floor cleaning, no control of sufficient water in the pool ) Besides to that overall an other great experience and be prepared we will come back…. …and look forward to see you soon.
